APAS & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm registration no. 000340C ) as statutory auditors of the Company to hold the office from 29th August,2020 until the conclusion of the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company and Further period of one year commencing from the conclusion of this 40th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 41st Annual General Meeting for approvals of shareholders of the Company in ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s.
