Banaras Beads Ltd has informed BSE that on the recommendation of remuneration committee, the Board of Company has approved Re-appointment of Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta, as Managing Director in its meeting held on January 30, 2014. Banaras Beads Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have approached with Ahmadabad, Calcutta, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchanges for voluntary delisting under Clause 6 (a) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. In this regard the U P Stock Exchange Limited has de-listed Company's 6636222 equity shares w.e.f. February 14, 2014.The application of de-listing is still pending with Ahmadabad, Calcutta, Delhi Stock Exchanges.21-02-2014
