 Please find enclosed the Intimation Letter dated July 06, 2023, received from our RTA - Bigshare Services Private Limited, providing information regarding loss of share certificate and issuance of duplicate share certficate(s) to the shareholder of the Company. As required under SEBi Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue the ''Letter of Confirmation'' and the corresponding shares will be transferred to the Demat account of the respective claimant after complying with the reqiured formalities. Further, subject to the completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s) , the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and inform you accordingly.

 As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading restriction period" shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. As per the clarification issued by Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, it is advised to all the listed companies with BSE that the trading window shall close not later than the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of Gujarat Petrosynthese Limited (''the Company'') would be closed with immediate effect i.e., immediately on closure of the Trading Hours on the BSE on June 30, 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2023.
