A copy of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results along with the Auditor's Report thereon for the year ended March 31, 2023 is also enclosed herewith. In accordance with Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI LODR, we confirm that the Auditor's Report on the Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2023 is with unmodified opinion.
