 Please find enclosed the Intimation Letter dated December 26, 2022, received from our RTA - Bigshare Services Private Limited, providing information regarding loss of share certificate and issuance of duplicate share certificate(s) to the shareholder of the Company. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBl/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue the ''Letter of Confirmation'' and the corresponding shares will be transferred to the Demat account of the respective claimant after complying with the required formalities. Further, subject to the completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s), the Company will issue a duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and inform you accordingly.
