 As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading restriction period' shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. As per the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide Circular No. LIST/ COMP/ 01/ 2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, it is advised to all the listed companies with BSE that the Trading Window shall close not later than end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of Gujarat Petrosynthese Limited ('the Company') would be closed from April 1, 2023 i.e. immediately on closure of Trading Hours on BSE on March 31, 2023 and shall be open after 48 hours from the date of declaration of Audited Quarterly and Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2023
