 Dear Sir, This is to inform you that the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 30th day of September, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio - Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India, to transact the business as set-forth in the Notice convening the said AGM. Further, pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the Financial Year 2019-20, which are being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company, whose e-mail IDs are registered with Depositories/the Company/the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
