 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Ashok Kumar, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from 24th July, 2020, due to his pre-occupation. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates his valuable contribution and support during his term as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He has provided a confirmation that there is no other material reason other than those provided in the resignation letter.The said resignation letter alongwith said confirmation is enclosed. It is further informed that Company has its well constituted Board with an optimum combination of executive and non-executive directors as required under Regulation 17 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the vacancy created due to resignation of Mr. Ashok Kumar will not require any immediate appointment.
