Sikri, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Mediator has stated in his report that the parties could not arrive at mutually acceptable settlement and submitted the report to the Hon''ble Delhi High Court on 06.09.2023 to enable the Hon''ble Delhi High Court to proceed further in the matter.
