 Please note that further to our intimation dated 4th September, 2020 regarding the above subject matter, we wish to clarify that 22nd September, 2020 is the cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting to be conducted for the Ninth (9th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Members of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 28, 2020, at 12:00 Noon via two-way Video Conferencing ('VC') facility or other audio visual means ('OAVM'). Further it is clarified that the said date of 22nd September, 2020 is not the Record Date, and the previous intimation was made inadvertently. The Exchange is requested to take the same on record.
