 Pursuant to Regulation 30, 34 and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report for FY ended 31-Mar-2020 and the Notice calling the Ninth AGM ('the Notice') which are being sent to the Members of the Company in accordance with the MCA circulars and the aforementioned SEBI circular. Further pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, please note that the Company has fixed September 22, 2020 as the Record Date / Cut-off Date for the purpose of AGM. The detail procedure for remote evoting before AGM and e-voting during AGM is set out in the Notice annexed herewith.  Praxis Home Retail Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/09/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1 )(a) and all other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th September, 2020, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. Further, the Company has already intimated to both the stock exchanges vide letter dated 30th June, 2020 regarding closure of trading window, pursuant to amendment to clause 4 of the Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t. "Restriction Period for trading in securities of the Company" and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, from the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 which shall continue till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
