Praxis Home Retail Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and all other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 27th October, 2020 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. Further, the Company had already intimated to both the stock exchanges vide letter dated 30th September, 2020 regarding closure of trading window, pursuant to amendment to clause 4 of the Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t 'Restriction Period for trading in securities of the Company' and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, from the quarter ended 30th September, 2020 which shall continue till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.19-10-2020
