Praxis Home Retail Ltd - 540901 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Conversion of Securities
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09/09/2015, we wish to inform that the Committee of Directors through Resolution passed by Circulation today i.e. 16 Jan, 2021 has allotted 27,50,000 Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up pursuant to the conversion of 2,915 CCDs held by Future Corporate Resources Private Limited ('FCRPL') out of 4,320 CCDs o/s out of the total 7,500 CCDs allotted to FCRPL on 12th Dec, 2019. Further, post allotment of the aforesaid Equity Shares the shareholding of FCRPL now stands at 1,74,32,558 aggregating to 57.38% of the total paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company. Further, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.15,19,16,040/- comprising of 3,03,83,208 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up.16-01-2021
