HT MEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of HT Media Limited will be held on Friday, 27th November, 2020, inter-alia, to consider and approve (a) Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (UFRs) for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2020; and (b) revision in financial statements/results pertaining to previous year(s)/period(s) pursuant to report of an independent external expert on anomalies in certain practices adopted in the radio business of the Company. The delay in declaration of UFRs for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2020 beyond the time-limit prescribed u/r 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is due to the investigation into certain practices adopted in the radio business of the Company which has impact on comparative financial results of previous year(s)/period(s).17-11-2020
