The Company in its board meeting held on 15th September, 2020 has decided to defer its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') scheduled on 21st September, 2020, which is now permitted till 31st December, 2020 as per recent Ministry of Corporate Affairs notifications. Accordingly, the notice dated 11th August, 2020 calling the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company is withdrawn. Further, the electronic remote voting process initiated pursuant to the said Notice also stands withdrawn.
