SHOPPERS STOP LTD. - 532638 - Closure of Trading Window
This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2020 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Shoppers Stop Limited's Insider Trading Code ('the Code'), to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons. The Trading window shall remain closed until 2 days after the declaration of audited financial results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time. All Designated Persons have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company, during the aforesaid non transaction period.
