 We would like to inform you that, in view of the approval of the Board of Directors of IIFL Securities Limited ('Company') to the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and 5paisa Capital Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Scheme') and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from Wednesday, December 07, 2022 and will open on Monday, December 12, 2022. Accordingly, all designated persons (including directors) and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.

The said equity shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares from the date of allotment.
