 This is to inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, for prohibitions of trading by all insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders from, 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the dissemination of quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. The Date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid quarterly financial results will be intimated in due course. Accordingly all the designated persons are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
