Updates on Issuance of BASEL-III compliant Tier - II Bonds - Rs. 2400 Crore - Ratings

 With reference to earlier announcement dated November 19, 2015 and December 22, 2015 informing the Ratings received from M/s India Ratings & Research Private Limited (a Fitch Group Company) for the proposed issue of the said Bonds as "IND AAA"; Outlook Stable, Canara Bank has now informed BSE that the Bank has also received ratings of '[ICRA] AAA (hyb)' (pronounced ICRA Triple A Hybrid) with Stable Outlook from M/s ICRA Limited for the proposed issue of the said Bonds.
