Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and further to our earlier intimation dated July 13, 2023 w.r.t. search proceedings pursuant to Section 67 of the Goods and Services Tax Act 2017, this is to update that the GST officials have identified certain matters relating to input tax credit pertaining to the period July 2017 to FY 2023, which the authority believes are ineligible for such claims. Accordingly, the Company evaluated the same and made a payment of GST amounting to Rs.107 million today i.e. on July 27, 2023. The Company will intimate in case of any material developments in respect of the above proceedings. The business operations of the Company continue as usual and are not impacted.
