 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, we hereby notify that GST authorities are in the process of conducting search proceedings pursuant to Section 67 of the Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 at the office and some of the Hotel Units of the Company. The Company is fully co-operating with the officials and providing information/clarifications sought by them. The business operations of the Company continue as usual and are not impacted. We will comply with our legal obligations for disclosure from time to time.
