Stone, Najibabad Road, Kiratpur Distt. Bijnor (U.P.) 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended as on 31st March, 2019 2. Any other matter as permitted by the Chair. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company are closed for all directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company with immediate effect and will open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results for the Quarter ended as on 31st March, 2019.

 It is hereby informed that the regular maintenance is going on at the factory/works site of the company. Earlier the maintenance was expected to be completed within a week but due to some internal repairs being popped up in the turbine has led to extension of shut down time by another 10 days and is expected to be complete by 25.05.19.
