Stone, Najibabad Road, Kiratpur Distt. Bijnor (U.P.) 1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on 31st December, 2018 2. Any other matter as permitted by the Chair. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company are closed for all directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company with immediate effect and will open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results for the Quarter ended as on 31st December, 2018.
