Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that Ministry of Railways vide its order no. 2018/E(O)II/40/33 dated 03.03.2020 has appointed Shri Rajesh Prasad, Executive Director, RVNL (DIN: 08585975) to the post of Director (Operations), RVNL with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post i.e., 03.03.2020 till the date of his superannuation i.e., 30.09.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The Board of Directors of RVNL has appointed Shri Rajesh Prasad, as Additional Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f 3rd March,2020. Further as per the confirmation received from Shri Rajesh Prasad, this is to inform that he has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. In compliance with the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby notified that Mr Arun Kumar, Director (Operations), (DIN-02486535) has superannuated from the services of the Company on 29th February, 2020 (after close of office hours) and hence ceased to be a Director of RVNL of the Company w.e.f 01.03.2020. As the post of Director(Operations) will fall vacant on 01.03.2020, Ministry of Railways vide its letter no. 2015/E(O)II/40/20 dated 28.02.2020 has decided that the additional charge of the post of Director(Operations) /RVNL shall be assigned to Shri Vinay Singh, Director (Projects)/RVNL, in addition to his own, for a period of three months from 01.03.2020 or till a regularly selected incumbent joins the post or until further orders whichever is the earliest.
