 Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated), for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company (on the recommendation of the Audit Committee) at their meeting held today i.e. 12.02.2020 at New Delhi, along with Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors of the Company. Further, the Board of Directors of the company have deferred the decision with regard to declaration of interim dividend for FY 2019-20. The Board Meeting commenced at 1230 hours and concluded at 1445 hours.
