In-principle approval for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs. 400 crores in one or more tranches and delegation of Authority to Board Committee. 3. Issuance of Letter of Comfort in favor of Banks/ Financial Institutions for sanctioning of Loan/credit facilities to Clarton Horn, Spain, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.09-08-2023

The Board of Directors of the Company on 03 August, 2023 have considered and approved the draft Postal Ballot notice for seeking shareholders'' approval on the following matters:- 1) To approve the appointment of Dr. Krishana Kumar Khandelwal (DIN-09477623) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company; and 2) To approve the amendment in the Article of Association of the Company. Further, we wish to inform that the Postal Ballot Notice approved by the Board will be now sent to the shareholdeers of the company, as per the activities schedule prepared by us in this regard for seeking the shareholders approval for these two items.03-08-2023
