 This is to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 which commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m., the Board has inter alia, considered and approved the following: 1. Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 along with Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company and there are no Deviation or Variation in utilisation of funds raised as per SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/162/2019 dated December 24, 2019. Hence, it is not applicable for the current quarter. 2. The total fine levied by the Stock Exchanges (National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited) with respect to non-compliance of certain provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and Standard Operation Procedure for suspension and revocation of trading of specified securities of listed entities.
