This is to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Monday, November 11, 2019 which commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.30 p.m., the Board inter alia, approved Un-audited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019 as recommended by Audit Committee of the Company. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a ''Limited Review'' of the unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Reports issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
