 This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 1st March, 2021, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has inter-alia, considered and approved the following: 1. Appointment of Shri Arvind Pathak (DIN: 00585588) as an Additional Director and simultaneously the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 3 (three) years w.e.f. 31st March, 2021 and also designated him as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The aforesaid appointment is subject to approval of the Shareholders at the next General Meeting of the Company. 2. Re-designation of Shri Pracheta Majumdar (DIN: 00179118) from 'Wholetime Director & Chief Executive Officer' of the Company to 'Wholetime Director designated as Chief Management Advisor' of the Company w.e.f. 31st March, 2021. Accordingly, he shall cease to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31st March, 2021.
