Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. March 30, 2022, have inter-alia transacted the following business: 1. Effective Date of the Scheme of Arrangement: The Scheme is made effective from March 30, 2022. 2. Fixation of the Record Date : The Company has fixed Tuesday, March 29, 2022 as the Record Date of the Demerged Companies and the Transferor Companies for the purpose of determining the entitlement for issue of Equity Shares of the Company to the Shareholders of the Demerged Companies and the Transferor Companies based on treatment mentioned in the Scheme.
