The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.

 Gayatri Projects Limited has received three (3) Letter of Award (LOA) for 'Pipe Drinking Water Schemes in the State of Uttar Pradesh for a total value of INR 1,332.00 Crores' In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are glad to inform you that Gayatri Projects Limited ('GPL') has received three (3) Letter of Award (LOA) for Pipe Drinking Water Schemes from Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply Department in the State of Uttar Pradesh, in joint venture where the Company's share is 97.5%, for a total value of INR 1,332.00 Crores (One Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Two Crores). All the above LOAs pertains to water division. We undertake to update you in case of any further developments in relation to the above said project.

GAYATRI PROJECTS LTD. - 532767 - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Arbitral Award Monetisation - Receipt Of INR 208 Crore

 Gayatri Projects Limited ('GPL' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has successfully monetized and received INR 208 crore net of statutory deductions (Gross INR 219 crs) under the GOI scheme of monetisation of 'under litigation arbitral award' against bank guarantees. The company along with its JV partner had been awarded an arbitration claim worth INR 703 crore including interests for its road project in Nagaland and GPL portion in the same was INR 264 crore. The company has now received 75% of the claim (including further interest of INR 27.74 crs for the period from the date of award till the date of payment) after furnishing bank guarantees of similar amount. This inflow is in line with company's guidance of an inflow of INR 2-3 billion under the GOI award monetisation scheme / conciliation scheme.
