The Board of Directors at the meeting held today, i.e. November 05, 2020, inter alia, transacted the following business: Approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2020 with Limited Review Report submitted by MOS & Associates LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board meeting commenced at 11:40 a.m. (IST) and concluded at 12.50 p.m. (IST). A copy of the said results together with the Limited Review Report for quarter and half Year ended September 30, 2020 are enclosed herewith. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.gayatri.co.in.

 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Bank of Baroda (Lead Banker of the Consortium) has withdrawn the nomination of Shri. P. Sreenivas (DIN: 08775649) as its nominee on the Board of Directors of the Company, vide their letter dated October 31, 2020 w.e.f November 01, 2020. Accordingly, Shri. P.Sreenivas shall cease to be Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f November 01, 2020. As per the terms of the loan documentation, the Lead Banker i.e Bank of Baroda will appoint a new nominee in due course. Disclosure with regard to change in Director is attached.
