This has reference to our announcement dated December 10, 2020 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are glad to inform you that Gayatri Projects Limited ('GPL') has received four (4) Letter of Awards (LOAs) for Pipe Drinking Water Schemes from Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply Department in the State of Uttar Pradesh, in joint venture where the Company's share is 97.5%, for a total value of INR 1,748.00 Crores (One Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Eight Crores). All the above LOAs pertain to water division. The above LOAs supersede the earlier 3 (three) LoAs awarded to the Company of value 1,332.00 Crores which was intimated to the exchanges on December 10, 2020. Gayatri Projects Limited ('the Company') would like to inform that it has received an amount of INR 69.41 Crores from its contractor M/s Sunway Construction SDN, BDH, as settlement of its various claims raised by the Company on the contractor. The Company had executed a contract for rehabilitation and Upgrading of Kms 104 to Kms 170 of NH 25 to 4 lane in the State of Uttar Pradesh (Contract Package No -EW II UP -4) as a sub contract from M/s Sunway Construction SDN, BDH. M/s Sunway has raised a total claim of INR 80.00 Crores on NHAI and out of total amount received, the company's share was settled at INR 70.78 crores and the net amount received by the company after statutory deductions is INR 69.41 Crores. The company has also announced in the previous month, the receipt of INR 208.00 Crores under the GOI scheme of monetisation of 'under litigation arbitral award' against bank guarantees.31-12-2020
