 We request to refer our letter dated 27th May, 2022 wherein the Company had informed that the 96th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Thursday, 28th July, 2022 at 2.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means.  Pursuant to the Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has filed the disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the half year ended 31st March, 2022 on 6th June, 2022. In this respect we intimate that through oversight and inadvertently the value of transactions for the above reporting period in respect of CFO and Company Secretary were entered incorrectly. Hence we are enclosing the corrected disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the half year ended 31st March, 2022 in place of the disclosure filed by the Company on 6th June, 2022.We regret the inconvenience.

Indian Hume Pipe Co receives Rs 110 crore work order in Rajasthan

 Indian Hume Pipe Co Ltd on Saturday said it has bagged a Rs 110-crore pipe order in Rajasthan. In a statement, the company said it has secured the work order from the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Ajmer. "It is for Cluster Water Supply Project Package-VII of Chambal Bhilwara Water Supply Project Phase II of Jahajpur-Kotri Tehsils of District Bhilwara under Jal Jeevan Mission with operation and maintenance for 10 years," the company said. The project is to be completed within 15 months from signing of the agreement, it said.

 This is to inform you that the Company has secured work order of Rs.110 Crores from Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Ajmer, Rajasthan, for Cluster Water Supply Project Package-VII of Chambal Bhilwara Water Supply Project Phase II of Jahajpur-Kotri Tehsils of District Bhilwara under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) with Operation and maintenance for 10 years. The project is to be completed within 15 months. The Agreement will be signed in due course. The promoter/promoter group/group companies does not have any interest in the entity that awarded the work order and the awarded work order will not fall within related party transactions.
