 Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on May 27, 2022, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matters:- Recommendation of Dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share (100%) of the Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing 96th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
