 ARSS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The company has already intimated the exchanges that the Company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Mr. Uday Narayan Mitra was appointed as Resolution Professional (RP). Accordingly the power of the Board are vested in the RP and he is performing the functions as mentioned under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (the IBC Code). In terms of the provisions of Regulations 29 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the resolution Professional (RP) of the company shall, inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 along with Limited Review Report thereon by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on Tuesday, the 14th Day of February, 2023.

 In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 11th January, 2023 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that the 17th (Seventeenth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Friday, 13th January, 2023 at 03.30 p.m. onwards through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company apprised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the current status of CIRP, Receipt & Payment Statement for the Month of December, 2022.
