 Pursuant to the company's Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading of the Company's Securities by the Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) of the Company, as framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), please note that the 'Trading Window' (i.e. period to deal in the company's shares) shall remain closed from Sunday; 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 to the stock exchange(s).

ARSS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS LTD. - 533163 - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

 In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 27th December, 2022 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that the 16th (Sixteenth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Wednesday, 28th December, 2022 at 03.30 p.m. onwards through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company apprised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the current status of CIRP, composition of reconstituted committee of creditors based on the new claim of SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited, admitted by the Hon'ble NCLT, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. The majority of stakeholder of COC also requested the RP to extend the evoting period up-to 4th January, 2023.
