Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 shall be considered at the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on October 29, 2015 (Q3).In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2015 to October 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
