Board declares Second Interim Dividend
Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2016, inter alia, has declared second interim dividend of Rs. 12.00 (Rupees twelve only) per equity share for the year 2016 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company of 96,415,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each.The second interim dividend for 2016 will be paid on and from August 19, 2016.29-07-2016
