AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the 196th meeting of the Board of Directors ('the Board') of Axis Bank Limited ('the Bank') will be held on April 25, 2019 and will continue on April 26, 2019, to infer alia, consider and approve the following:1. Audited Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter / Financial Year ending as on March 31, 2019 and Audited Consolidated Financial Results of Axis Bank Group for the Financial Year ending as on March 31, 2019.2. Recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19.3. Borrowing / Raising funds in Indian Currency / Foreign Currency by issue of debt Instruments including but not limited to Bonds and Non-Convertible Debentures, in terms of Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the relevant Rules and the listing Regulations'.4.
