This is to inform you that RBI has today, conveyed its approval to the reappointment of Shri Rajiv Anand as the Executive Director (Wholesale Banking) and Shri Rajesh Dahiya as the Executive Director (Corporate Centre) of the Bank, for a period of 3 years, with effect from 4th August 2019 upto 3rd August 2022 (both days inclusive) and the terms and conditions relating to their reappointments, including remuneration, in terms of Section 35B of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.09-08-2019
