Usha Sangwan, its Nominee on the Board of the Bank, has tendered her resignation as a Nominee Director, on completion of 2 terms of 3 years each, as required under the Policy of LIC for its nominee directors. Accordingly, she has ceased to be the Director of the Bank, with effect from today, i.e. Thursday, 12th December 2019.
