GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Equity Shareholders of the Company approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Chennai Network Infrastructure Limited and GTL Infrastructure Limited and their respective shareholders ("Scheme").In the Court Convened Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company held on April 25, 2011, 97.50% Equity Shareholders present in Person / Proxies, representing 99.998% of the value of Equity Shares held by them, voted in favour of the Scheme.26-04-2011
