JSL Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that instead of submitting the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2013 within forty five days from the end of the said quarter, the Company would submit the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 within 60 days from the end of financial year i.e. by May 30, 2013.25-04-2013

JSL Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with POSCO on April 10, 2013, to mutually cooperate with each other for long-term joint business opportunities.
