Dear Sir, Mr. V Rajvirdhan, being one of the Promoter of LGB Forged Limited ('LGB' / the 'Company') intends to acquire upto 84,37,950 Equity Shares of the Company from the another Promoter entity being ELGI Automotive Services Private Limited, by the way of 'inter-se' transfer. The proposed transfer is only among the existing promoter / promoter group of the Company. This acquisition is pursuant to inter se transfer of shares amongst qualifying persons as specified in Regulation 10(1)(a) of Takeover Regulations.
