The Company has been taking all recommended precautions in its operations against the spread of COVID19, sensitisation and hygiene, maximising video conferencing and minimising contacts, health and distancing advisories to employees and following all Government directions on the subject issued from time to time. The Company has decided to suspend manufacturing operations located at all the units till further notice. Further, the duration of such shutdown for the above and other manufacturing facilities will depend upon the directives of the respective States Government and shall be complied with accordingly. We will be monitoring the situation continuously and closely and will take all the necessary and appropriate action necessitated with the change in situation and shall keep the Investors and other stakeholders informed through Stock Exchanges.
