Varun Beverages Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020 inter-alia, to consider and approve: (i) The Audited Financial Results of the Company, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis, for the Quarter and Financial Year ended December 31, 2019; and (ii) Enabling resolution to raise capital from time to time through Qualified Institutions Placement subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
