With reference to our intimation dated 19.09.2019 regarding Board Meeting scheduled for seeking in principle approval for raising funds, the exchange is hereby informed that the Board of the Bank in its meeting held on 26.09.2019 has granted permission for raising funds through Additional Tier-1 Basel-Ill compliant perpetual Bonds amounting up to Rs. 3000 crore in one or more tranches. The Board Meeting started at 12:10 PM and ended at 07:35 PM. Further with reference to our intimation dated 05.09.2019 wherein it was informed that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank is scheduled on Tuesday, 22.10.2019. It is now informed that the board in its meeting held today i.e. on 26.09.2019 has deferred the date of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) due to some technical reasons.
