 We had inadvertently missed out on adding a clause to the resolution vide agenda item number 7 of the above referenced notice. The corrigendum to the said resolution is attached with this intimation. The same shall also be circulated to shareholders of the Company. It is also clarified that vide the stock exchange intimation dated April 12, 2020, the Company has already informed that Mr. Sameer Gehlaut, the former executive chairman of the board [now a non-executive director] will not be taking any compensation for FY2020-21.
