 Contra Transactions done by Immediate Relative of Designated Person Sh. Amit Goel, General Manager (Lending Policy), during period of closure of Trading Window. The matter was taken up in the meeting of Board of Directors held on 27.05.2023 wherein the Board directed to issue an advisory to Designated Person Shri Amit Goel, General Manager (Lending policy) to be cautious in future and ensure complete compliance of the said Code. The Board of Directors also directed to remit the amount of profits of Rs. 6,786/- earned out of the abovesaid trading, in the IEPF Account of SEBI after collecting the amount from the account of his immediate relative. The said Advisory issued to Designated Person Shri Amit Goel, General Manager (Lending policy) is enclosed at Annexure-II. In this regard, the disclosure as prescribed vide SEBI Circular dated 23.07.2020 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-III.

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), we hereby report the following: 1. Cessation of Sh. Ravinder Singh Dhillon as Chairman & Managing Director on the Board of PFC: Reason for change: Pursuant to Ministry of Power, GoI, vide Order No. 24- 8/1/2019-PFC(MoP) dt 07.04.2020, PFC in its meeting held on 29.05.2020 had appointed Shri Ravinder Singh Dhillon, as Chairman and Managing Director, PFC with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post on or after 01.06.2020 till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.05.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. On completion of the said tenure on 31.05.2023 (A/N), Shri Ravinder Singh Dhillon ceases to be the Chairman and Managing Director of PFC w.e.f. 01.06.2023. 2. Pursuant to Ministry of Power, GoI, vide Order No.24-8/1/2022-PFC(MoP) dated 31.05.2023, Smt. PFC Q4 net profit rises over 42% to Rs 6,129 crore

 In a separate statement, the company said "PFC Group clocked the highest PAT (profit after tax) with a 13% increase from 18,768 crore in FY22 to 21,179 crore in FY23."

Power Finance Corp Q4 profit rises 44% to Rs 6,128 cr on higher revenues

 State-owned Power Finance Corporation (PFC) on Saturday posted an over 44 per cent jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 6,128.63 crore in March quarter, mainly on the back of higher revenues. The consolidated net profit of the company was Rs 4,295.90 crore in the quarter ended on March 31, 2022, according to a BSE filing. Total income in the quarter rose to Rs 20,074.11 crore from Rs 18,873.55 crore in the same period a year ago. The consolidated net profit of the company in fiscal 2022-23 also increased to Rs 21,178.59 crore from Rs 18,768.21 crore in the previous financial year. In the fiscal, total income grew to Rs 77,625.19 crore as against Rs 76,344.92 crore in 2021-22. The company's board has recommended a final dividend Rs 4.50 per equity share on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 per share for FY 2022-23.
